1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the management of the wawartoto platform ("Company" or "Us"). This document takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process, make any deposit, or use any service offered on the wawartoto.pro platform.

You acknowledge that you have read and understood the entire content of these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which form part of this agreement. Continued use of the wawartoto platform following any amendments to the terms signifies your full acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use the wawartoto platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Act on your own behalf only — not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Has never been suspended or banned from the wawartoto platform previously for a terms violation.

Wawartoto reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you are found to not meet any of the above requirements, your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice, and your account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.

3. Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the wawartoto platform. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name, a family member's, or using false information — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of accumulated balances.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

As a platform that prioritizes security and compliance, wawartoto conducts an identity verification (KYC) process for all members. Required documents are:

• A copy of your Malaysia Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back.
• Proof of current address — a bank statement, utility bill, or official letter dated within the last 3 months.
• A selfie holding your identity card (required for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000).

The KYC process is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours on business days. Once verified, your daily withdrawal limit will be automatically increased and all future transactions will be processed faster.

Wawartoto guarantees that all KYC information is stored securely using high-level encryption and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Methods

All withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered under the same name as your wawartoto account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per request.
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM 30,000 (VIP members receive a higher limit).
• Processing time: 1 to 24 hours for accounts that have completed full KYC.
• Withdrawal requests received after 11:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Wawartoto offers a variety of bonuses for both new and existing members — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed one time only per account, per device, or per IP address.
• The bonus wagering requirement (rollover) is between 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type — full details are stated on the relevant promotions page.
• The bonus validity period is 7 to 30 days from the credit date — expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the account.
• Playing with bonus funds on certain games may not count toward rollover requirements — please check the specific terms of each promotion.
• Wawartoto reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without prior notice if abuse or fraud is suspected.

6. Wagering Rules

All betting activity on the wawartoto platform must comply with the rules set for each game category. The following general rules apply across all games:

• All game results are final once a round or match has ended — no appeals can be made after the result has been announced.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, wawartoto will use session recordings to determine a fair outcome.
• Bets placed using unauthorized information, manipulation methods, or unapproved third-party software will be voided without compensation.
• Wawartoto reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any user at any time for operational or risk-related reasons.

Sports Betting

For sports betting, the odds displayed are the current odds at the time the bet is placed and may change before a match begins. In-play betting is subject to real-time verification and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of a match.

7. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and wawartoto account login credentials. Wawartoto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.

Wawartoto shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Wawartoto reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if:

• Users found to be in violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse is detected.
• Users who provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Users proven to hold more than one account.
• Users under 21 years of age.

If your account is closed for a valid reason and the account balance is confirmed clear, the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within 14 business days. Accounts closed due to fraud are not entitled to any balance refund.

10. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
